1) Pounamu Luck disclosure

Pounamu Luck - For Entertainment Only. No real money gambling. Games use virtual currency and are not gambling under New Zealand law. No prizes or winnings of monetary value are offered.

2) Virtual coins & no monetary value

• Virtual coins, credits, points, and similar items (“Virtual Coins”) are for gameplay only.
• Virtual Coins have no cash value, are not redeemable for money or real-world items, and cannot be withdrawn or transferred outside the site.
• We may adjust, remove, or reset Virtual Coins and related balances for security, integrity, or operational reasons.

3) Eligibility (18+ only) & account integrity

You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the site. We may request age verification and can restrict access until verification is completed. If you are under 18, do not use the site.

4) Purchases (optional) & billing

You may be able to purchase Virtual Coin packs to enhance gameplay. Purchases are optional and do not provide any chance to win real money. All sales are intended to be final unless required by applicable consumer law.

• Chargebacks, payment fraud, or unauthorized purchases may result in suspension and reversal of Virtual Coins granted.

5) Fair play, prohibited conduct & acceptable use

• Use bots, scripts, automation, or exploits to gain an advantage.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or interfere with the site or game iframes/providers.
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others, or post unlawful or harmful content.

6) Limits, breaks & responsible play tools

7) Suspension, termination & enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or conduct that harms the site, providers, or other players. Where appropriate, we may also remove Virtual Coins obtained through prohibited conduct.

8) Disclaimers

The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that Virtual Coins or gameplay progress will always be available. Some games may be delivered via third-party iframe providers, which may impose additional technical constraints.

9) Governing law (New Zealand)

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. To the extent permitted by law, disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
